Cast-in-place concrete long-span structure keeps the garage open and comfortable for the museum guests.
This precast concrete parking garage incorporates 11,500 square feet of retail space while providing parking for 644 cars. The brick relief in the precast blends in with the neighboring historic Gates building. The choice of using precast was evident during construction when the entire structure was erected in just 31 working days.
