Built as the new home of the Rocky Mountain News and the Denver Post, this building sits on a prominent intersection in downtown Denver directly across from the state capitol and adjacent to the city and county building.

Designers Newman Cavender & Doane of Denver described the newspaper structure as having the “classic patterns from older government buildings seen through the lens of modern architectural styles that define a 21st century workplace.”
