St. Julien Hotel and Spa

The St. Julien Hotel in Boulder, Colorado is a world class destination resort featuring inspired views of the Flatiron Mountains as well as access to the famed outdoor shopping promenade of Pearl Street Mall. The hotel includes 200 rooms, a 10,000 square foot spa and fitness center, convention facilities, dining and a 650 car below grade parking garage.

The parking structure is a two-level below grade cast-in-place concrete framing system supported on drilled piers. The hotel structure is four levels of post-tensioned concrete framing and features 60 foot transfer beams over the ballroom. The ground floor is designed to support flood waters from nearby Boulder Creek.
