Colorado Center

This mixed-used project in southeast Denver is anchored by a 275,000 square foot 12-screen theater/ retail/ entertainment complex along with a 275,000 square foot class A office tower and 900 car parking structure. The project is located adjacent to the I-25 / Colorado Boulevard intersection and a light rail station.

The structural system is composite steel framing with a central concrete core to resist lateral loads. The exterior of the building is precast concrete and the foundation system is drilled piers.
