270 St. Paul

270 St. Paul is a three story retail and office building located in the fashionable shopping district of Cherry Creek in Denver, Colorado. The project includes high end shopping at the street level, parking below grade and two levels of offices above the retail.

Curving facades and stepping forms create a street scale that is pedestrian friendly and architecturally interesting. The office space above and retail below are thoughtfully integrated.

For economy, the building was constructed on top of an existing foundation system. The structural system is steel framing with masonry elevator and stair cores to resist lateral loads.
